Alight Solutions in Germany is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead strategic proposal initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and craft compelling content that strengthens Alight’s competitive position in the benefits space.

You will own the full lifecycle from opportunity assessment to final submission, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to compliance standards while partnering with sales, legal, and product to deliver winning proposals.

About the Role

As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will command strategic vision, orchestrate collaboration, and drive winning solutions that set Alight apart. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with client needs, and craft compelling, customized content that elevate Alight’s competitive position. Your work will help drive proposal excellence through innovation, service excellence, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of the complete proposal lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission of the most complex, must win proposals. Both new business and retention opportunities exist, and your expertise will include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, outlining all client requirements, and proactively assigning and tracking responsibilities across cross‑functional teams

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

75,000.00 USD

Maximum :

100,000.00 USD
