What you can expect from us
- Developing technical solutions for customer and market requirements
- Defining requirements and plant engineering parameters for new systems based on existing or new systems
- Coordinating and clarifying technical questions raised by the sales team in collaboration with internal technical departments
- Developing concepts, assessing feasibility, and proactively devising new technical solutions
- Design of customer solutions for fire prevention, fire detection, and gas suppression systems as part of national and international projects
- Handover and training on the tested customer solution to the sales organization
- Assuming project leadership and comprehensive project management of internal projects
- Collaborating on the integration of customer solutions and new concepts into new sales programs
- Ongoing adaptation of existing core processes, systems, and services
What characterizes you
- A completed technical degree (e.g., industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable technical vocational training (e.g., technician (m/f/d))
- At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in plant engineering
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficiency in MS365 and basic business knowledge, ideally with experience using the Business Central inventory management system
- Planning and organizational skills, conceptual thinking and action, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility
- A meticulous approach to work, intercultural competence, and strong time management and self-management skills
- A confident demeanor, characterized by the ability to motivate others and perseverance
