THRYVE is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to coordinate timelines across energy infrastructure projects. You will ensure milestones are met by collaborating with project managers, engineering teams, site personnel, clients and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires practical Primavera P6 skills, fluent German and English, and strong organisational abilities to manage complex schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and regularly update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Gather and validate scheduling information from engineering, procurement, construction and installation stakeholders.
• Coordinate project planning and scheduling with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Organise project workflows and ensure activities remain aligned with deadlines.
• Prepare resource plans, milestone schedules and critical-path analyses.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, risks and scheduling conflicts.
• Adjust schedules and support recovery plans when needed.
• Provide regular progress reports to project and installation management.
• Ensure scheduling data from all teams is complete and accurate.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to coordinate project timelines, monitor progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.

You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, site personnel, clients and subcontractors throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and regularly update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Gather and validate scheduling information from engineering, procurement, construction and installation stakeholders.
• Coordinate project planning and scheduling with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Organise project workflows and ensure activities remain aligned with agreed deadlines.
• Prepare resource plans, milestone schedules and critical-path analyses.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks and scheduling conflicts.
• Adjust schedules when necessary and support the development of recovery plans.
• Provide regular progress reports to project and installation management.
• Ensure scheduling data from project managers, engineers, site teams, procurement teams and subcontractors is complete and accurate.
• Support the wider project team in delivering complex infrastructure projects successfully and on time.

Your Background

• Professional experience in project planning or scheduling.
• Practical experience using Primavera P6.
• Ability to create, maintain and analyse complex project schedules.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Confident communication with project managers, engineers, site teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany.

Advantageous Experience

• Experience supporting construction or installation projects.
• Background in energy, utilities, electrical infrastructure or another related technical industry.
• Experience working on large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project-planning software.
