Zusammenfassung

Exyte is seeking an Expert Project Planning & Scheduling to drive and coordinate detailed, resource-loaded project schedules across the lifecycle. You will shape standards, mentor colleagues, and push scheduling process improvements on-site in Stuttgart.

You will develop schedules in Primavera P6, collaborate with engineers and managers, monitor progress, analyze critical paths and report performance, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in project scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and suggest corrective actions.
• Conduct schedule analyses (critical path, earned value) and prepare performance reports.
• Contribute to risk management by identifying time-critical factors early on.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal scheduling processes and standards.

Working hand in hand with interdisciplinary teams, you provide expert-level planning input and take a lead role in shaping planning standards, mentoring colleagues, and continuously improving scheduling processes through influence and expertise rather than hierarchical management.
