HITACHI ENERGY GERMANY AG is seeking an experienced Quality Management professional to support the project management team with quality, supplier, subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction initiatives within HVDC projects in Germany. You will drive process maturity, implementation, and continuous improvement along the value chain to boost quality and profitability in a safe working environment.

• Cooperating with the customer on Project Quality issues and ensuring ownership of actions to resolve it. Enabling and coaching all project team members to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view
• Analyzing transferability of experience between projects as well as planning Quality Assurance activities to reduce all forms of risk. Collaborating with the project team to develop schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets for quality activities
• Applying project quality procedures and plans and ensuringappropriate implementationand compliance from the project team
• Certifying effective internal controls system (project, supply, site) is in place to verify that processes continue to meet customer and stakeholder requirements,validatingthat control plans are applied and effective in mitigating prioritized risks
• Performing audits on project delivery and ensuring the use of Quality data analytics in all aspects of the operation toidentifyrisks, failures and nonconformances within the local business, itssuppliersand customers. Ensuring thatappropriate correctiveand preventive actions are taken, and solutions are managed toclosure
