Key Requirements

1. Solid experience in Quality Management, preferably within an EPCI work environment, including manufacturing/production, land site activities, and vessel operations.
2. Engineering master’s degree.
3. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
4. Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience is preferred.
5. Qualification as a lead auditor is a plus.
6. Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, IEC standards, PMI, risk management, Lean Six Sigma (experience or certification) is advantageous.
7. Strong leadership and team player qualities.
8. People management, influencing, and organizational skills.
9. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. High PC literacy.
11. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
12. Travel expected: approximately 30%.
