Bring your expertise in leading complex customer programs and multi-party delivery environments, including engagements where third-party partners play a significant role in execution. You understand that customer success goes beyond delivery and includes adoption, business value, customer satisfaction, and renewal confidence. Your ability to influence stakeholders across teams, partners, and geographies, establish delivery standards, and mentor senior project managers enables consistent and high-quality outcomes.

What you'll build

As a Principal Project Manager within the GDH Engagement Delivery team, you will lead complex, multi-lifecycle customer engagements and act as a senior delivery leader across the regional PM community. You will be accountable for long-term customer outcomes, including value realization, adoption, CSAT, and renewal readiness, while ensuring delivery excellence across multiple workstreams and projects.

You will drive the team's strategic priorities by promoting measurable customer value, AI-first and Suite-first delivery, and a consistent regional operating model. You will oversee program governance, delivery consistency, risk management, and outcome realization across multiple project lifecycles.

A key responsibility is establishing and governing third-party delivery models, ensuring clear accountability, effective partner integration, and adherence to scope, quality, reporting, and commercial commitments. You will own program-level cACV and dACV accountability, track adoption milestones, and collaborate closely with SEMs and CSMs to support successful customer outcomes.

You will champion AI-first practices, SAP toolchain adoption, and Clean Core principles across all projects and partner workstreams. As a senior leader, you will mentor T2 and T3 Project Managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery standards, governance models, and handover processes across GDH Engagement Delivery.
