International Data Centre Main Contractor in Germany is seeking a Senior Planner to own the construction programme across major data centre projects from pre-construction through to completion. Based in Düsseldorf/Cologne, you will work with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Commercial Teams and Design Managers to develop, manage and maintain detailed programmes.

This role requires 8+ years of planning experience in construction, strong Primavera P6, and experience with main contractors.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' experience as a Senior Planner or Project Planner within the construction industry.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale building projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 experience is essential.
• Experience working for a main contractor is required.
• Excellent understanding of programme management and critical path analysis.

The Role: Senior Planner

As Senior Planner, you will take ownership of the construction programme across major data centre projects from pre-construction through to project completion.

Working closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Commercial Teams and Design Managers, you will develop, manage and maintain detailed project programmes while ensuring all milestones are achieved.

This Senior Planner position plays a vital role in programme delivery, identifying risks, monitoring progress and supporting project teams to ensure successful completion of complex construction projects.

Must Have Requirements

• Must have 8+ years' experience as a Senior Planner or Project Planner within the construction industry
• Proven experience required delivering large-scale building projects
• Strong Primavera P6 experience is essential
• Experience working for a main contractor is required
• Excellent understanding of programme management and critical path analysis

Preferred Experience

• Data centre experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical or mission critical project experience beneficial
• NEC or FIDIC contract knowledge advantageous
• BIM and digital construction experience beneficial

Nice to Have

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
• Microsoft Project experience
• Power BI reporting knowledge
