What you’ll do

• Work with our engineering and AIS team to develop strategies for data acquisition from vessel’s VDR and other data silos.
• Collect, process, and transmit signals to track vessel movements and performance.
• Collaborate with connectivity partners and handle operational details with a strategic and hands-on approach.
• Scale solutions to onboard 100+ vessels per month.
• Be the main contact for our connectivity partners in Greece and other countries.

Your missions

• Build strategic partnerships with the shipping hardware industry, including VDR makers and IoT providers.
• Create and validate onboarding processes for client vessels.
• Address cybersecurity concerns with our IT team and seek necessary certifications.
• Educate colleagues on vessel hardware and connectivity.
• Map the ecosystem of vessel connectivity companies.
• Manage and prioritize requirements backlog to meet business needs.
• Assess competitor products and market trends.
• Follow product governance and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to promote product adoption.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge.

Preferred experience

• At least 5 years experience with vessel bridge connectivity.
• Experience deploying hardware/software aboard vessels.
• Worked closely with shipowners and the shipping industry.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or bilingual in English.

Process

• Initial video interview with Talent Manager — 30 minutes.
• Interview with Antoine (Director) — 30 minutes.
• Interview with Shruti and Darren (Product and Engineering Directors) — 1 hour.
• Meet the team — two 30-minute sessions.
• Meeting with Jean (co-founder, CVO) — 15 minutes.
• Offer discussion if all previous steps are successful.
• Antoine will provide feedback and gather your feedback throughout the process.
