Zusammenfassung

ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Projektmanager/in im Bereich Metrologie und Inspektion von Halbleiterbauelementen. Sie analysieren Kundenanforderungen, entwickeln Demonstrationen und koordinieren Ressourcen wie Werkzeuge und Zeitpläne.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team (inkl. F&E) zusammen, berichten regelmäßig zum Fortschritt und präsentieren Ergebnisse beim Kunden. Reisebereitschaft und fließendes Englisch sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik oder Halbleiterfertigung oder verwandtem Fach.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden im Halbleiterfertigungsbereich.
• Erfahrung mit SEM-Technologie.
• Internationale Reisetätigkeit möglich.
• Fließendes Englisch erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Kundenanforderungen zu Metrologie- und Inspektions-Workflows verstehen und analysieren.
• Projektpläne mit Zeitlinien, Ressourcen- und Instrumentenplanung entwickeln.
• Technologie-Demonstrationsprozesse koordinieren und Ressourcen sicherstellen.
• Externe Partner für Anwendungsentwicklung einbinden und managen.
• Fortschritts- und Kundenzufriedenheitsberichte erstellen und präsentieren.
• Mit anderen PMs und Forschung & Entwicklung zusammenarbeiten.

Your Role

• Understand and analyze customer requirements regarding the metrology and inspection workflows of semiconductor devices
• Manage internal projects targeting applications and solutions development for problems related to semiconductor metrology and inspection
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and tool allocation for demonstrations.
• Coordinate the technology demonstration process, ensuring all necessary resources and tools are available and effectively utilized.
• Manage external partners, to support application development.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare detailed reports on project progress, outcomes, and customer feedback.
• Present project outcomes and reports to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Work closely with other project managers within the organization, e.g. in R&D.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or semiconductor manufacturing or material science or related fields.
• Strong Experience working with customer in semiconductor manufacturing space
• Experience working with SEM technology
• Being familiar with modern 3D NAND; DRAM and logic architecture brings a clear advantage
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Office presence at least 3 days per week or more depending on business needs.
• Some degree of international travel will be required.
• Fluent in English
