Job summary

Fichtner ищет опытного руководителя проектов в области цифровых сетевых решений. Вы будете вести проекты с точки зрения эксперта совместно с нашей внутренней командой разработки ПО.

Вам предстоит координировать несколько проектов Digital Grid, анализировать требования к сетевой инженерии и экономикам, поддерживать внедрение ИТ, развивать отношения с клиентами и открывать новые рынки.

Также задача — развивать портфель решений Smart Grid и формировать долгосрочную стратегию развития компании.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование (Dipl.-Ing. или Master) по электротехнике и/или информатике.
• Более 10 лет опыта и руководство проектами в распределённой сетевой планировке и эксплуатации, а также внедрении IT-систем.
• Глубокое аналитическое понимание и опыт в процессах сетевой инженерии и сетевой экономики.
• Способность работать независимо, структурированно и ответственно.
• Командный дух и интерес к современным технологическим разработкам.
• Свободное владение немецким и английским языками.
• Будет плюсом: базовые знания расчётных программ сетей и баз данных.

Responsibilities

• Руководить проектами с точки зрения эксперта по внедрению цифровых инструментов с нашими разработчиками ПО.
• Управлять несколькими проектами Fichtner Digital Grid, включая координацию ресурсов.
• Анализировать требования к сетевой инженерии и сетевой экономике в тесном взаимодействии с заказчиками, оказывать экспертную поддержку при внедрении ИТ.
• Поддерживать и развивать отношения с клиентами, открывать новые рынки.
• Дальше развивать портфель решений Smart Grid.
• Разрабатывать и внедрять стратегию дальнейшего развития.

• Lead projects from a specialist perspective in introducing digital tools together with our in-house software development team
• Manage multiple Fichtner Digital Grid projects, including resource coordination
• Analyze requirements for grid engineering and grid economics functions in close coordination with our customers, and provide specialist support during IT implementation
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and open up new markets
• Further develop the Smart Grid solution portfolio
• Develop and implement the future development strategy

Требования:

• University degree (Dipl.-Ing. or Master’s) in electrical engineering and/or information technology
• More than 10 years of professional experience and project leadership in distribution network planning and operation, and in the implementation of IT systems
• In-depth analytical understanding and experience with grid engineering and grid economics processes
• Strong ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with a high degree of responsibility
• Team spirit and an interest in engaging with the latest technological developments in a dynamic environment
• Fluent German and English
