Zusammenfassung

SERVICE 1 is seeking a Project Manager to lead the introduction, rollout, and upgrades of our Field Service Management solution in an international customer environment from the upper midmarket and corporate sector.

You will ensure project success by aligning business requirements with our solution and coordinating with customers across Germany and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years managing customer projects in complex international environments.
• IT education or vocational training.
• Experience with middle and senior management contacts.
• Proficient in classic and agile project management methods.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong moderation, presentation and negotiation skills; conflict management.
• Analytical and systematic thinking.

• Manage projects in multiple teams using agile methods.
• Handle project organisation, controlling and budget planning.
• Collaborate with customers to analyse requirements and design solutions.
• Define work packages, coordinate milestones with departments.
• Plan, run, and report on regular meetings.
• Support all project phases, assure quality and document with team and customer.
• Promote collaboration with stakeholders including external providers; monitor satisfaction.
• Manage proofs of concept implementations.

• have an IT education (degree, vocational training or comparable practical knowledge)
• already have experience in working with contacts from middle and senior management
• are familiar with classic and agile project management methods
• can communicate confidently in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
• have good moderation, presentation and negotiation techniques and knowledge of conflict management
• think and work analytically and systematically
• possibly already have knowledge of service management and ITIL

• Define necessary work packages, coordinate milestones and goals together with the specialist departments

• Supporting all project phases, coordinating quality assurance measures and documenting them together with the team and customer
• Promote and maintain effective collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including external service providers, and keep an eye on the satisfaction of all parties involved
• Manage the implementation of proof of concepts
• Support the sales team with acquisition, customer care and offers
