In addition to day-to-day HR controlling, HR forecasting, annual HR budgeting and analytical activities, you will be responsible for improving HR processes towards an attractive and comprehensive offering for all existing and future employees at all hierarchy levels. You will lead global best practice projects to build HR analytics and align the HR landscape (by supporting the Head of HR and Head of Controlling). Well networked with the Körber community, you will have regular exchanges with colleagues worldwide. Your other tasks will include various planning and month-end closing topics, the structural optimization of the HR landscape and the creation of transparency regarding internal processes and procedures.

  • You will lead global best practice projects to build HR analytics and align the HR landscape (by supporting the Head of HR and Head of Controlling)

Your Profile
  • You have a strong affinity for analysis and numbers, combined with a keen interest in HR processes
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR and/or Finance, 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field (HR or Controlling), a deep understanding of HR processes and an easy access to facts and figures are key for a successful candidate
  • An open and inquisitive mindset will support you in tackling the challenges of the role.
  • Preferably you should be based in the greater Hamburg or Frankfurt area to work in a hybrid work environment with access to our offices in Lüneburg (Hamburg area) or Bad Nauheim (Frankfurt area) for an average of 2 days per week
  • Fluent English is a must, fluent German is a big advantage
