Zusammenfassung

Menck is seeking a Project Manager (m/w/d) to lead international offshore projects from Kaltenkirchen, Germany, with full technical and commercial responsibility across wind energy, port and bridge infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors.

You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Production, and Equipment Management, review contracts, and ensure compliance while driving project milestones, budgets, and documentation to successful completion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a commercial discipline with strong technical understanding.
• Several years of experience in project management and order execution, ideally in an international environment.
• Practical experience in heavy machinery, special-purpose machinery, shipbuilding, civil engineering, or a related industry.
• Experience reviewing contracts and managing contractual requirements is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/resource planning systems; MS Navision experience is desirable.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.

• Define project milestones, work packages, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and opportunities through continuous project controlling.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, assembly, and delivery activities to ensure project success.
• Manage project changes, delays, claims, and contractual issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation, project close-out, continuous improvement, and alignment with Menck's vision, values, and goals.
