Nordex’s Concrete Tower unit in Hamburg is seeking a Site Planner (m/f/d) to lead scheduling for cranes and resources at wind-farm sites. You will monitor progress, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of components and materials, working closely with project managers and on-site teams.

Ideal candidates have proven crane planning experience in renewable energy or large-scale construction, strong project-management skills, and fluency in English (B2+).

YOUR TASKS

• Plan and manage the scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations at wind farms, ensuring optimal allocation (key focus)
• Monitor project progress and provide regular (daily/weekly) updates, proactively identifying and flagging risks
• Ensure availability and efficient coordination of critical resources (e.g., cranes) to meet project timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of components, equipment, and materials
• Maintain close communication with Project Managers, Site Managers, and on-site teams to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in resource and crane planning, ideally within renewable energy or large-scale construction projects
• Strong experience managing complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams and tight timelines
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly to changes, and maintain a structured approach in dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2); Spanish is a plus for collaboration in international teams
