  • Post‑graduate academic degree in public policies, public health, economics, social science, or a similar field.
  • Very good written and spoken English; proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is highly considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience for a junior hire; up to 7 years for a senior professional.
  • Prior experience in social protection, health financing, health system reforms, or social development.
  • International experience in developing countries or transition economies.
  • Experience coordinating or managing development cooperation projects with multilateral or bilateral donors, and familiarity with donor procedures and requirements.
  • Experience drafting concept notes and technical methodologies, preparing project budgets, and participating in calls for tenders.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with multi‑national teams, project beneficiaries, and clients across time zones.
  • Ability to prioritise actions and meet tight deadlines.
Your Tasks
  • Identify project opportunities and contribute to strategic business development.
  • Manage and coordinate the acquisition process, including intelligence gathering, consortium formation, drafting proposals, budgeting, and negotiating fees.
  • Monitor project activities on site, ensuring compliance with specifications and procedures, supervising staff and resources.
  • Maintain communication with clients, beneficiaries, consortium partners, and experts during implementation.
