Qualifikationen

• Studium des Ingenieurwesens, vorzugsweise im Bauwesen oder Maschinenbau.
• Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und VOB sind erforderlich.
• Erfahrung in der Bauindustrie oder als Bauleiter gewünscht.

Aufgaben

• Kommerzielles und technisches Projektmanagement von Großprojekten in Deutschland.
• Erstellung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen.
• Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden führen.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Stadtlohn site.

Your profile

You have

• a degree in engineering (FH), preferably specializing in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or, alternatively, training as a construction technician with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or in the construction industry
• or completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) in a technical profession or certified scaffolding crew leader (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of contract law and VOB
• Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment
• Social competence, team spirit and the ability to lead employees
• an independent, conscientious and reliable way of working
• IT skills and are experienced in using MS Office
