Crewit Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister for senior leadership in Germany. This role combines project management, technical leadership, compliance oversight and business support across multiple HVAC and plumbing projects.

You'll mentor site teams, manage budgets and schedules, review drawings, liaise with clients and authorities, and drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance while supporting company expansion in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of German building services, plumbing, heating, and HVAC regulations.
• Proven experience managing construction or MEP projects.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience with regulatory registrations / compliance in Germany.

Our client is seeking an experienced Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister (Meister Craftsperson) to join their growing operations in Germany. This is a senior-level position combining project management, technical leadership, compliance oversight, and business support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister for the business in accordance with German trade and regulatory requirements.
• Support and maintain the company's HWK registration and compliance obligations.
• Lead and manage multiple plumbing, heating, mechanical, and HVAC projects from initiation through to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and expert guidance across all project activities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with German regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality audits.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop site teams and technical personnel.
• Participate in tender reviews, project planning, and operational decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and project delivery standards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of German building services, plumbing, heating, and HVAC regulations.
• Proven experience managing construction or MEP projects.
• Excellent understanding of project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience supporting company registrations, certifications, or regulatory compliance within Germany.
