• Define, manage, and oversee the scope of complex initiatives, including significant changes, while ensuring alignment with business and strategic objectives;
• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes;
• Analyze challenging and ambiguous delivery situations, develop strategic solutions, and build consensus across teams and organizational boundaries;
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, including senior leadership, develop communication strategies, influence decisions, and navigate conflicts to achieve alignment;
• Identify opportunities for improvement, support strategic objectives, and initiate changes that make delivery more effective and efficient;
• Promote Agile principles and best practices, improve delivery frameworks, and support organizational change initiatives;
• Lead projects across multiple teams, domains, and dependencies while managing risks and ambiguity;
• Use business knowledge, market awareness, and understanding of technology to shape delivery strategies and support business objectives;
• Mentor colleagues, share best practices, and help strengthen project and delivery capabilities across the organization.
