Next Ventures seeks an experienced Project Manager fluent in German to lead end-to-end IT/software delivery across a remote-enabled, onsite-offshore model in Germany and the EU.

You will define scope, timelines, budgets and resource plans, manage German-speaking stakeholders, apply Agile/Scrum methods, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensure quality, governance and on-time delivery.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and capable of managing cross-functional teams in an onsite–offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.

Certifications

• No mandatory certifications, but PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
