About The Role

proAV is a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships worldwide.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Germany team. This role involves taking full responsibility for the successful and profitable deployment of end-to-end programmes, working closely with sales, operational, and engineering teams to manage project scope for various client direct and construction projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Project Manager to join an established operation with opportunities to drive and enhance our service offerings. Compensation and benefits will reflect the seniority and experience of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple projects within budget, ensuring client satisfaction.
  2. Ensure successful, profitable project execution by adhering to standards and supporting process and SOP implementation.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and contractors.
  4. Maintain H&S files and ensure safe systems of work are in place.
  5. Understand contractual requirements of projects.
  6. Ensure technical and drawing information is accurate and available.
  7. Manage system setup to demonstrate concepts.
  8. Handle financial aspects, including invoicing and variations, to minimize exposure and ensure timely payments.
  9. Interface audio visual systems into client buildings, covering hardware and software integration.
  10. Represent the company professionally at a senior level.
  11. Develop expertise in specific project areas for organizational reference.
  12. Create and maintain project documentation, including programmes, reports, and CRM data.
  13. Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and minimize delays.
  14. Support sales and estimating through participation in pre-tender interviews.
