Job summary

Rheinmetall sucht eine erfahrene Projektleitung im internationalen Umfeld zur Steuerung von Großprojekten im Verteidigungs- und Schiffbaubereich. Sie fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson, koordinieren multi-teams, überwachen Budget, Zeitpläne und Qualität.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Senior-Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, idealerweise in internationalen Projekten, sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch mit. Reisetätigkeiten national und international sind vorgesehen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in technischer oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Richtung (z. B. Schiffbau, Maschinenbau, Industrietechnik, maritime Technologien oder BWL).
• PMI- oder IPMA-Zertifizierung von Vorteil. Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in internationalen Großprojekten besonders im Verteidigungsbereich.
• Erfahrung in der Schiffbau- oder Luftfahrtindustrie sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Regierungsbehörden ist wünschenswert.
• Kooperativer, partizipativer Führungsstil mit der Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu inspirieren und Ergebnisse zu liefern.
• Bereitschaft zu nationaler und internationaler Reise. Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern, inkl. Behörden und Subunternehmern.
• Definition klarer KPIs zur Leistungsmessung und Unterstützung der NVL-Teams bei Prozessen.
• Analyse und Standardisierung von Unternehmensprozessen auf nationaler/internationaler Ebene.
• Proaktives Optimieren von Abläufen und Beschleunigung projektbezogener Workflows.
• Koordination der Umsetzung vor Ort an nationalen und internationalen Standorten.
