Qualifications and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, state-certified technician or comparable qualification
• Min.5 years of professional experience as a project manager and / orConstruction manager
• Personal responsibility in the coordination of the trades
• Basic knowledge of HOAI and VOB
• Confident use of CAD tools and AVA
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and initiative
• Regular presence at various project locations
• Proficient in German and English
• Driving license class B

Duties and responsibilities:

• Project management and coordination of construction projects
• International project responsibility
• Support in the implementation of projects and ensuring compliance with quality standards as well as cost and time controlling
