Overview

Augment Life is seeking a temporary eCommerce Product Management Contractor to oversee and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and quality of product listings across all online markets. This contractor will ensure that every product image, description, and attribute is correct, complete, and up to date for each country where Augment Life operates.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in eCommerce product catalog management, and comfortable coordinating with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure product content accuracy and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and update all products in the eCommerce system to ensure information is current, accurate, and compliant with regional standards.
  • Verify product images, ensuring they are high-quality, correctly formatted, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage product data localization, confirming that pricing, descriptions, and regulatory details are correct for each country.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and operations) to gather missing assets or resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor product performance and availability, flagging errors or inconsistencies across different sales channels.
  • Ensure category structure and tagging are consistent for optimal navigation and SEO performance.
  • Document and maintain procedures for product updates and content management for future reference.
Qualifications
