Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Deliver projects on‑time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance using project management tools and techniques.
• Report and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific project requirements.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' strengths and experience levels.
• Track project performance to analyze success of short and long‑term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills.
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with PV Projects, Energy Storage System projects, Data Centre Facility delivery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Visio.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management software tools.
• At least 5 years in an industrial leading company.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German, French, Italian a plus.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
• Able to travel and work across European countries subject to project assignment.
