Your Role

• Lead the implementation of CSRD & EU Taxonomy reporting, with first go-live in 2028 (based on 2027 data).
• Transition into Head of CSRD Reporting, ensuring ongoing compliance, continuous improvement, and audit readiness.
• Work closely with ExCom and all functions (ESG, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, HSE) on a topic of high strategic importance for Xella.
• Establish governance, processes, and IT-supported solutions for efficient, transparent, and reliable reporting.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of CSRD requirements or ability to quickly build expertise (supported by ESG team).
• Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) and available at Xella HQ in Duisburg.
