Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Projektmanagement, Digitalisierung oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement – ideal in IT, Digital/Digitalisierung, SaaS oder KI-Projekten.
• Hohes IT-Affinität und technisches Verständnis.

Aufgaben

• Projektmanagement & Produktentwicklung.
• Management und Weiterentwicklung von innovativen KI-Projekten im Bereich digitale Kommunikation und AI Service Operations.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer B2C-Lösungen, insbesondere KI-unterstützte Versorgungs- und Assistenzsysteme.
• Strukturierung von Projekt-Workflows, Roadmaps, Meilensteinen und Ressourcen.
• Markt- und Geschäftsentwicklung, Identifikation neuer Marktchancen.
• Entwicklung innovativer Konzepte für B2C- und B2B-Kommunikationslösungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Marketing zur Positionierung neuer Produkte.
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Aufbau skalierbarer Prozesse für zukünftige KI-Serviceprodukte.
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau neuer Partnerschaften und Kooperationsmodelle.

Responsibilities

• Project management & product development
• Management and further development of innovative AI projects in the area of digital communication and AI Service Operations
• Development and implementation of new B2C solutions, in particular AI-supported care and assistance systems
• Structuring project workflows, roadmaps, milestones and resources
• Market & business development
• Identification of new market opportunities and use cases for AI solutions
• Development of innovative concepts for B2C and B2B communication solutions
• Collaboration with sales and marketing to position new products
• Strategic development
• Shaping the technological and organizational development of EuraTel
• Building scalable processes for future AI service products
• Supporting the establishment of new partnerships and cooperation models

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business, IT, Business Informatics, Project Management, Digitalization or a comparable qualification
• Several years of project management experience – ideally in IT, digital, SaaS or AI projects
• Strong technical understanding and high IT affinity
• Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, automation and digital innovation
• Experience managing interdisciplinary projects and teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands‑on mentality
• Advantageous: experience with AI, voicebots, customer service or conversational AI
• Knowledge of SaaS, platform or telecommunications solutions
• Understanding of modern API, software or automation processes
