• Engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, align on scope, and manage expectations.
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting the implementation of new strategies across the business.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of experience in project management within intralogistics, automation, or system integration.
• Proven track record of leading high‑value projects and managing teams.
• A degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong business acumen, with SAP or AutoCAD knowledge an advantage.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel (30–40%).
