What you will do :

• Lead national and international agile projects of varying size and complexity within the healthcare industry
• Act as a primary point of contact for our German‑speaking clients as well as clients from all over the world
• Manage client expectations and build strong, positive relationships
• Rigorously track and manage project risks, timelines, and budgets
• Define mid‑to‑long‑term roadmaps and prioritize tasks for the project team
• Ensure compliance with client‑defined standards and processes
• Translate business needs into deliverables such as functional specifications, workflow diagrams, user stories, and technical designs
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and fellow project managers about progress, risks, and roadblocks
• Monitor team performance, fostering motivation and a can‑do attitude
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and proposals as needed and deliver presentations internally and externally with confidence and clarity

Your profile :

• Fluent in German at a native level, with strong proficiency in English communication (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus
• 3+ years of demonstrable working experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment
• 3+ years of demonstrable experience leading agile projects
• Scrum Master or PMI certification
• Experience working with software development teams, both local and distributed across time zones
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally when needed
• High level of empathy—for both clients and team members
• Affinity for technology and a solid understanding of software development processes; familiarity with DevOps principles and culture
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem‑solving mindset
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and a genuine interest in digital healthcare
