Accenture DACH seeks a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data centre projects across the full lifecycle. You will advise clients during initiation, define success criteria, and build robust governance and reporting structures.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee procurement, monitor KPIs, manage scope and budget, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring HSEQ compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Several years of professional project management experience in construction consultancy or contractor environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead delivery of complex data centre projects across the full lifecycle (feasibility to project close-out).
• Advise clients during initiation, supporting strategic decision-making and delivery approaches.
• Define and establish project success criteria: scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk management.
• Develop and maintain robust project governance, controls, reporting structures, and delivery processes.
• Manage integrated project programmes and ensure detailed project plans are developed and updated.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Lead procurement activities, including contractor selection and resource planning.
• Monitor project performance with KPIs; identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Manage scope, change control, commercial performance, and budget forecasting.
• Oversee project reporting to clients and senior stakeholders; ensure communication of status and milestones.
• Promote Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) compliance and standards.
• Build strong client relationships; act as primary contact through all phases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing practices and lessons learned.

• Lead the delivery of complex data centre projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through construction, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Advise clients during the project initiation phase, supporting strategic decision-making and recommending delivery approaches that align with business objectives.
• Define and establish project success criteria, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, technical performance, and risk management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust project governance, controls, reporting structures, and delivery processes.
• Manage integrated project programmes and ensure detailed project plans are developed, maintained, and regularly updated.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
• Lead procurement activities, including advising on procurement strategies, contractor selection, and resource planning.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate KPIs, identifying risks and implementing mitigation and recovery actions where required.
• Manage project scope, change control, commercial performance, and budget forecasting throughout project delivery.
• Oversee project reporting, ensuring timely communication of project status, risks, financial performance, and key milestones to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of excellence in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout all project phases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative delivery approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical discipline. Several years of professional experience in Project Management within construction consultancy, engineering consultancy, or contractor environments.
