We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Deployment Project Manager to lead the rollout of advanced autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) solutions across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind successful customer implementations, managing projects from concept to completion, aligning global teams, and ensuring each deployment delivers measurable value.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge robotics, logistics, and customer success, shaping how warehouses and supply chains of the future operate. You’ll take ownership of complex international projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and play a central role in delivering innovation at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full deployment lifecycle of AMR solutions in customer warehouses, from kickoff to go‑live.
• Facilitate customer workshops to align on goals, requirements, and final solution design.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, operations, vendors, and customer stakeholders) to ensure smooth deployments.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, providing creative solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status clearly and consistently through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Support post‑deployment success through handover, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company as a trusted advisor and partner, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management in a technology, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong background working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and warehouse operations.
• Hands‑on experience with 3PL, logistics, or distribution center processes.
• Proven ability to lead outward-facing project teams with cross‑functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (approx. 50%).
