Sofics is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead our innovative projects in analog circuit design. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and time constraints while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key responsibilities include coordinating with design engineers, managing client relationships, and overseeing project lifecycles from inception to completion.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our analog circuit design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with design engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress and effective solution implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage analog circuit design projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and communicate together with the technical lead to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
• Oversee the design process and provide support to the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures
• Prepare and present reports on project status and outcomes to senior management.

Job profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the field of circuit design.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit technologies and design principles.
• Experience with CAD tools for electronic design and simulation (e.g., SPICE, Cadence).
• Familiarity with typical project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You speak and write English or Dutch fluently.
• You are willing to relocate within commuting distance (our location is Aalter, Belgium).
