Janikin Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Engineering Manager to join a major international engineering environment in Germany. The role supports live brownfield CAPEX projects within an operational oil & gas/process setting, spanning full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include leading engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, managing EPC/EPCM consultants and contractors, safeguarding budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting, while

Qualifikationen

• Strong Project Management or Engineering Management background.
• Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, terminal or process plant experience.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple CAPEX projects from scope definition through to handover.
• Lead engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with operations, HSE, technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Ensure safe delivery within live operational environment.
