Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Service Launch Manager to coordinate the launch of new products and solutions, ensuring superb service operations in a complex launch environment. The role offers high visibility and significant influence on successful product launches and business growth.

You will develop a global service launch structure with cross‑functional input, take ownership of the service launch, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of international professional experience in project management, product management, or release/launch management.
• Experience in the service sector within medical technology or dental technology is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate at executive level.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with cross‑functional drive.
• Excellent organizational, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in German and English; willingness to travel worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of international professional experience with a proven track record of success in project management, product management, or release/launch management
• Experience in the service sector within medical technology or dental technology
• Proven experience managing complex projects and achieving exceptional results; experience in the service sector and in an agile development environment is a plus
• Ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level
• Strong teamwork skills and leadership qualities, with the ability to drive cross‑functional team performance
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking, along with commitment to relevant discussions and decision‑making
• High level of analytical and conceptual skills, as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel worldwide (as needed)
