Project Management Officer (PMO)-Junior (all genders)
The PMO Junior supports the Project Management Office in planning, tracking, and reporting project activities. The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, with a focus on leveraging Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for clear and impactful reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and KPIs using advanced Excel functionalities (pivot tables, formulas, charts, conditional formatting, etc.).
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to support project reviews, steering committees, and management reporting.
- Support project managers in monitoring schedules, risks, and resource allocation.
- Consolidate data from multiple stakeholders into clear, structured reports.
- Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and track follow‑up actions.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
- Assist in improving reporting templates and visualization tools for more efficient communication.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- First professional experience (internship or entry‑level) in project coordination, reporting, or support.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced formulas (LOOKUP, IF, INDEX/MATCH), data validation, conditional formatting, and chart building.
- Strong PowerPoint skills: ability to create clear, visually appealing, and management‑ready presentations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn project management practices.
- Fluency in English – German/French is a plus.
