Freenow seeks a structured Project Management Consultant / Business Development Manager to shape a new healthcare vertical in Germany. You will map the hospital market, design pilots, and coordinate onboarding with hospitals and medical institutions in Germany.

You will translate insights into product and operations guidance and present progress to senior leadership. Fluency in German and English is required, with a start in Berlin or Hamburg.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or a related field; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required due to regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build a working approach from scratch.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a structured, curious, and driven Project Management Consultant / Business Development Manager to help build this from the ground up!

In this position, you will take ownership of shaping and developing our approach to hospitals and medical institutions across Germany.

This starts by early-stage research and defining the right go-to-market approach, through piloting with individual institutions, to building the long-term relationships and processes that turn a pilot into a scalable business.

• Research and map the German hospital and healthcare market, identifying relevant institutions, decision-makers, and their specific operational challenges
• Design and run pilots with individual institutions, gathering data and feedback to refine our approach before scaling
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation, ensuring hospitals are set up successfully and issues are resolved quickly
• Translate market and client insights into recommendations for Product and Operations, helping shape how our Health solutions evolve
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, detailing project progress, market trends, and strategic recommendations

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• +3 years of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or a related field; experience in the healthcare sector is a plus!
• Fluency in German and English is required due to regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and build a working approach from scratch, without an established playbook or network to lean on
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
• You feel comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, still-evolving environment
