Freenow by Lyft seeks a Project Management Consultant / Business Development Manager to build a healthcare platform in Germany, with roles in Berlin or Hamburg. You will shape the go-to-market approach, pilot with hospitals, and scale pilots into long-term partnerships.

You will conduct early research, coordinate onboarding, and translate insights into product and operations strategies while briefing senior leadership on progress and strategic recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in consulting, project management, business development or related field; healthcare exposure is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English required due to client and internal interaction.
• Strong ability to define an approach from scratch when no playbook exists.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

We're looking for a structured, curious, and driven Project Management Consultant / Business Development Manager to help build this from the ground up!

In this position, you will take ownership of shaping and developing our approach to hospitals and medical institutions across Germany.

This starts by early-stage research and defining the right go-to-market approach, through piloting with individual institutions, to building the long-term relationships and processes that turn a pilot into a scalable business.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE

• Research and map the German hospital and healthcare market, identifying relevant institutions, decision-makers, and their specific operational challenges
• Design and run pilots with individual institutions, gathering data and feedback to refine our approach before scaling
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation, ensuring hospitals are set up successfully and issues are resolved quickly
• Translate market and client insights into recommendations for Product and Operations, helping shape how our Health solutions evolve
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, detailing project progress, market trends, and strategic recommendations

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• +3 years of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or a related field; experience in the healthcare sector is a plus!
• Fluency in German and English is required due to regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and build a working approach from scratch, without an established playbook or network to lean on
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
• You feel comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, still-evolving environment
