Zusammenfassung

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Leader to drive hardware and software development projects in a technical product environment. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and report progress to management, acting as a sparring partner for colleagues and helping to improve project leadership practices.

Proficiency in German and English is required, and you will work in an international setting with flexible working models and supportive development opportunities.

• Strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or related field.

Your role

• Lead hardware and/or software development projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, align priorities and interfaces, and provide transparent reporting to management.
• Act as a sparring partner for other Project Leaders, sharing your experience and supporting colleagues in navigating complex project situations
• Foster exchange and collaboration among Project Leaders, creating opportunities to learn from each other and tackle common challenges together.
• Help continuously improve how we lead projects at OMICRON by identifying useful practices, tools, and lessons learned together with other Project Leaders
