OMICRON electronics GmbH is looking for a Senior Project Leader to coordinate cross‑functional hardware and software development projects in a dynamic, international environment. You will plan, execute, and ensure delivery against objectives while reporting to senior management.

Ideal candidates bring several years of experience in technical product development, a solid engineering background, and fluency in German and English to support collaboration across global teams.

• Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Lead hardware and/or software development projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, align priorities and interfaces, and report transparently to management.
• Act as sparring partner for other Project Leaders, sharing experience and supporting colleagues in navigating complex project situations.
• Foster exchange and collaboration among Project Leaders to learn from each other and tackle common challenges.
• Identify useful practices, tools, and lessons learned to continuously improve project leadership.

Your role

• Help continuously improve how we lead projects at OMICRON by identifying useful practices, tools, and lessons learned together with other Project Leaders

Statutory notice: the monthly salary may considerably exceed the level stipulated by the collective labour agreement. The actual salary is based on the individual professional qualification and experience.

Salary: EUR 63000 - 77000 per year
