OMICRON electronics GmbH in Klaus, Germany, is looking for a Senior Project Leader to drive hardware or software development projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, align priorities, and report transparently to management.

You will act as a sparring partner for other Project Leaders, fostering collaboration and sharing experiences to navigate complex project situations. Strong German and English skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bring several years of experience in leading cross‑functional projects in a technical product development environment.
• Have a technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Enjoy working with people, bringing together different perspectives, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Are comfortable taking ownership, creating clarity, and navigating challenging project situations.
• Take a structured and proactive approach to project management and enjoy continuously improving our processes.
• Have strong professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
