Overview

Delta Vigo is seeking a Project Engineer to join our technical sales office in Hamburg, Germany. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in mechanical engineering within the aerospace or automotive industries, combined with proven project management capabilities and advanced technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply engineering knowledge and mechanical design principles to the development of production processes
• Plan project tasks according to both internal milestones and customer deliverables
• Actively contribute to the productivity improvement of the Design Department
• Coordinate technical meetings with customers
• Work closely with customers to assess requirements and develop technical proposals
• Prepare technical documentation as required by the customer
• Provide on-site support at customer facilities for projects executed by Delta Vigo

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering – specialization in Mechanics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aerospace or automotive sector
• Advanced proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA V5)
• Strong command of English and German (minimum level B2, spoken and written)

Desired Qualifications

• Mastery of technical vocabulary in German
• Previous experience in project management in multidisciplinary environments
• Solid background in the aerospace or automotive industry
