Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering large-scale data-centre construction.
• Experience as Project Director, Construction Director, or senior leader.
• Background in PMC, EPCM, Construction Management consultancy, or main contractor.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to be site-based at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and governance for data-centre builds.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement across the lifecycle.

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of major Data Centre construction projects in Frankfurt. This role offers the chance to oversee complex, mission-critical developments from early design and procurement stages through to construction, commissioning, and project close-out.

The successful candidate will act as the primary client interface, ensuring projects are delivered safely, sustainably, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and work closely with stakeholders across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-driven approach
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to be site-based a minimum of three days per week
