Job summary

T5 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a data centre project based in Frankfurt, Germany, overseeing the delivery of a 200 kW facility. The role requires hands-on leadership across engineering, construction and stakeholder management.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards in a high-security data centre setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager within data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience overseeing complex engineering, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project performance.
• Available to start at short notice, ideally ASAP.

Package

The role is available on either a contract or permanent basis, depending on the candidate and their preference. Rates or salary are negotiable based on experience and suitability.
