Metlen Energy & Metals seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead controls across schedule, cost, risk, and reporting for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in Germany. You will partner with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, and Finance to govern delivery and improve processes.

The role requires expertise in planning, forecasting, EVM, and governance. Fluency in English is essential; German is highly desirable. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• Proven project controls experience in EPC/EPCM, energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
• Advanced Primavera P6, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; German language skills are highly desirable.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls systems, tools, and processes.

Job Description

As part of METLEN's continued expansion in the German renewable energy market, we are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

This is a key leadership role responsible for establishing and managing project controls frameworks across schedule, cost, risk, progress, and performance reporting. Working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, and Finance teams, you will provide the insights and governance needed to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and successfully.

What We're Looking For
