EMCC DR. RAŠEK is seeking a software-focused engineer to join our calibration team in Germany.

You will collaborate on accredited calibrations, issue certificates for internal and international orders, and contribute to calibration software development. Your role includes calculating measurement uncertainties, programming calibration procedures, and developing a modular software platform for various instruments in a highly innovative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics with a focus on computer science or comparable field of study.
• Initial experience in calibration or testing at a manufacturer or in an EMC laboratory.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Python.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate on accredited calibrations, including issuing calibration certificates for internal and international orders.
• Calculate measurement uncertainties and program calibration procedures.
• Develop software solutions for high-precision calibration systems.

Your experience and qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics with a focus on computer science, technical computer science, or comparable field of study
• Initial experience in the areas of calibration or testing at a manufacturer or in an EMC laboratory
• Relevant software and programming skills (especially programming languages: C, C++, Python, etc.)
• Hands-on mentality
• Team and communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Independent and proactive way of working
