EMCCert DR. RAŠEK GmbH is seeking a motivated Technical Staff Member (m/f/d) – Equipment Management & Laboratory Support to join our team in Germany. You will set up test and calibration set-ups, prepare tests, document findings and assist technicians and engineers.

The ideal candidate holds vocational training in a technical field, enjoys hands-on work and has good German language skills. We offer mentoring, extra holiday days, childcare allowance and company bike leasing.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on technical work and practical skills required.
• Interest in hands-on work with technical equipment.
• Very good command of German.

Aufgaben

• Setting up and preparing test and calibration set-ups in accordance with specifications.
• Preparing for and following up on tests in accordance with specifications.
• Photography and documentation during tests.
• Assisting test technicians and engineers.
• Maintenance and upkeep of test and calibration equipment; materials management.

Technical Staff Member (m/f/d) – Equipment Management & Laboratory Support

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up and preparing test and calibration set-ups in accordance with specifications
• Preparing for and following up on tests in accordance with specifications
• Photography and documentation during tests
• Assisting test technicians and engineers
• Maintenance and upkeep of test and calibration equipment; materials management

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, precision engineer or in a comparable technical profession.
• Also ideal for career changers with initial technical experience in electrical or mechatronics-related professions
• Practical skills and a knack for manual work
• An interest in hands‑on work and technical equipment
• Very good command of German
