ARX Robotics is seeking a Program Manager in Germany to lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous ground systems programs. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, business development, and external partners while ensuring programs are delivered with clarity, speed, and reliability.

You will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, drive contract activities, identify risks, and promote scalable program management in a fast-growing defense tech environment.

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, you will lead programs that help bring advanced autonomous ground systems into real-world operation. As Program Manager, you will coordinate complex initiatives across teams, customers, and partners while ensuring programs are delivered with clarity, speed, and reliability. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working in fast-moving environments, takes ownership, and can align people across different functions and priorities. You will play a key role in both executing current programs and supporting future opportunities that contribute to the growth of the company and its mission.

What You’ll Build

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are successfully managed
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, business development, product, and external partners
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and strategic partners as a trusted point of contact
• Support proposal, bid, and contract acquisition activities alongside business development teams
• Create alignment between internal execution teams and external stakeholders to enable smooth program delivery
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and opportunities while driving proactive solutions
• Establish clear communication structures and reporting across all levels of the organisation
• Help strengthen scalable program management practices within a rapidly growing company
• Contribute to the successful deployment of innovative defence and autonomous systems technologies
• Operate with flexibility and ownership in a dynamic and evolving environment

What You Bring

• Experience in program management, project management, or delivery leadership roles
• Background in defence, military, aerospace, robotics, or similarly complex operational environments
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams without direct authority
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working with both operational and strategic topics
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Collaborative working style with a solution-oriented approach
• Fluent English and German language skills
