Your Tasks
  • Leadership of strategic programs within Global Customer Care & Experience
  • Development of program roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures
  • Coordination of multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation of global alignment
  • Monitoring of risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Definition and tracking of KPIs and benefits realization
  • Preparation of status reports and steering committee updates
  • Support of change management and global adoption of solutions
Your Profile
  • University degree in Business Administration, Project/Program Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • Several years of experience in program or project management, preferably in customer care / experience
  • Proven track record in managing global, cross-functional programs
  • Strong skills in governance, risk management, program reporting, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with program management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work across different cultures and global environments
