AWS Developer Experience is looking for a Program Manager to own end-to-end operations, reporting, and the global expansion playbook for the AWS Builder Loft program. Builder Lofts are physical developer community spaces where builders come together for hands-on workshops, hackathons, technical talks, mentorship, and networking. This role is critical for ensuring the Builder Loft operates with operational excellence and scales repeatably as we expand to new cities worldwide.
You will be the operational backbone of the program - managing event calendaring, budgeting, resource allocation, tooling, and process documentation. You will prepare and deliver Business Reviews with operational metrics, own budget management, and develop the standardized playbooks and mechanisms that enable the Lofts to be a sustainable operation. This is a high-impact role that requires someone who combines deep program management expertise with a builder mindset. You think in systems, design for scale, and drive continuous improvement through data. You will work cross-functionally with community management, engineering teams, product, event technology, marketing, and vendors to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
