Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Germany is seeking a Professional HTA Value (m/w/d), a fixed-term full-time role in our Value & Access department. You will assess evidence and value for our products to enable patient access in Germany, contributing to dossier creation and stakeholder communications.

The position requires a Master in Health Economics or similar, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health economics or a comparable program with good to very good results.
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in Market Access, Medical/Regulatory Affairs, German health system or dossier-focused agencies.
• Strong understanding of health economic and statistical methods and early HTA value assessment
• Good medical knowledge and understanding of the German healthcare system and pharma economics.
• Willingness to work in agile SCRUM teams and to communicate effectively in German and English.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of statistical software (R/SAS).
• Experience with generative AI tools for research and analysis; ability to critically assess AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of value-based dosing and pricing strategies.
• Assist in conducting health economic evaluations and data analysis for dossiers.
• Collaborate with national scientists and clinical experts in Market Access/HTA.
• Support cross-functional teams with AMNOG dossiers and related documentation.
• Ensure best-practice sharing and high process quality in the Market Access/HTA team.
• Build and maintain internal cross-functional networks at German and International levels.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten sind:

• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von auf Wertmaximierung ausgerichteten Nutzenbewertungsstrategien
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Nutzenbewertungen einschließlich Datenauswertung, Dossiererstellung sowie Stellungnahme- und Anhörungsverfahren
• Unterstützung von Kooperation und Austausch mit externen nationalen Wissenschaftlern und klinischen Experten in den für Market Access/HTA relevanten Fachgebieten
• Zusammenarbeit in Dossier-Teams und Cross-funktionalen Value & Access Teams bei der Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von AMNOG-Dossiers, Beratungsanfragen und damit relatierten Dokumenten
• Sicherstellung von Best-Practice-Sharing und hoher Prozessqualität im Market Access/HTA-Team
• Aufbau, Ausbau und Pflege eines internen Cross-funktionalen Netzwerks auf deutscher und internationaler Konzernebene

Was bringst Du dafür mit…

• Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium im Bereich Gesundheitsökonomie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit gutem bis sehr gutem Abschluss
• Etwa 1-2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung entweder in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (Bereiche Market Access, Medical/Regulatory Affairs), in einer relevanten Institution des deutschen Gesundheitswesens oder in einer mit der Erstellung von Dossiers erfahrenen Agentur
• Sehr gutes Verständnis gesundheitsökonomischer und statistischer Methoden und methodischer Aspekte der frühen Nutzenbewertung, das idealerweise auch praktische Erfahrung in der Evidenzgenerierung und -aufbereitung im Rahmen der frühen Nutzenbewertung miteinschließt
• Gutes medizinisches Grundlagenwissen sowie gutes Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems, der Zusammenhänge im Gesundheitswesen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
• Aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Team- und Businessorientierung und der Bereitschaft in agilen Teams (z.B. nach SCRUM) zu arbeiten
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute Kenntnis der Office-365 Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse, sowie Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von statistischer Software wie z.B. R oder SAS
• Erfahrung im Einsatz generativer KI-Tools (z.B. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT oder vergleichbare Anwendungen) zur Recherche, Analyse und Erstellung hochwertiger Arbeitsprodukte sowie die Fähigkeit, KI-generierte Ergebnisse kritisch zu bewerten und fachlich einzuordnen

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €51.200,00 - €80.845,00
